We thought that a little bit of 'heads up' about us would be good for you all to figure out why Nikki is dishing out all those eloquent posts about us and our soon-to-be-happily-married life. And by that sentence, you would have guessed that it is Himanshu writing this, not Nikki [sadly, I only get this place to write on this online estate of hers, so I'd make good use of it!]
When, how, where we met is a trade secret [or so we'd like to believe!]. If you really wanna know, look out for the book that either/both of us will write when we get time! It will be there somewhere aptly wrapped in cotton wools of fiction.
If you are here thinking that we are oh-so-outta-this-world couple, sorry to disappoint you! We are just the same and as differently eccentric as any good couple is. We fight, we fight tonnes - from over dogs to egos to work to proper usage of language. We like to eat together whenever we get a chance. We like to shop together - if it is clothes/shoes - I keep a check on her binge and with books/gadgets/food - she over mine. We both are hyper excited about our marriage - she being hyper and I excited! We like to dabble a bit in photography, oh-so-proper English, technology, social media, playing pranks, revising geography & history and catching a few movies together, as much as Gurgaon-Mumbai distance allows us. That makes us pretty normal, isn't it?
